I paid via PayPal for Premium several minutes ago. When will the Premium-Features be unlocked?

You are indeed showing as Premium at our end. As you can see on these forums, you have the Premium lable.
Please let me know which browser you are running on your laptop and which phone & tablet you have. The clearing of cache is different for each, and the process is slightly different as well.
As long as you are showing Premium on our end you are indeed Premium and it's a factor of cache of some sort keeping you as Free. Also to confirm, have you tried using any Premium features, did you receive a message saying you were not upgraded?
Well, maybe I'm in premium and just didn't realize it. I can see the completed tasks and the backups. But according to the video, there should be a 'preferences' tab - and that I don't see. Instead, there's a Premium tab that takes me to where I can purchase Premium. That's why I've been so confused!!
That page does show if you are Premium, it's so that you can see all the Premium features and it will show you when it expires at the top. As long as it shows your expire date, you are indeed Premium.
If you are referring to Preferences in the top right corner, that has changed to Settings instead.
I've been using Todoist for a few months now, and I love it. The free month of premium went by too quickly! Will you allow me to try another month free before upgrading? There are a few features I want to be sure I'll use before I spend the money to upgrade.
