I have emailed items to projects, but they do not appear as tasks

Please tell me:
- Did you receive an error message via email when trying to send the task?
- Did you use your primary Todoist email address to send the message/task?
- If not, did you add the other email addresses to the list of accepted addresses in the "Email tasks to this project" window (at the bottom)?
- Have you refreshed the page?
Also, please try to go to the "Email tasks to this project" window and add a wildcard domain for your email address. to do so, type @hotmail.co.uk (just that) to add it to the list.
