Why have 90% of my tasks been listed as completed?
After yesterdays problems (I couldn't log in for several hours), I now have a significant proportion (about 90%) of my tasks marked as completed.
I now have to go through them all and mark them as uncompleted again. I store essentially my whole life plan on Todoist - with someday / maybe tasks, a lot of planning for the next 6 months, including nested tasks and tags. Now I have to go through and restore all of that, which is going to take me about an hour.
If this was a free service I'd expect to have to do some work but i'm a paid, premium member and would not expect to have to deal with a service that is unreliable, and where the provider happily takes my money but refuses to communicate with me to tell me what happened.
What the hell is going on?

This issue from 2011 was caused by a server problem and we've fixed it very quickly and no data has been lost. Ever since, we haven't experienced any problem of this kind, greatly improved our security measurements and also moved to another service provider, one of the world's largest and most trusted hosts - Amazon Web Services and we can assure you that such issue will never occur.
