SMS notifications

Hello, i try to send a test sms but without any result. Im from Moldova, my country code is +373
and i tried combinations like +373799.... and 373799.... result is same. Can you help me. Thank you

Hello Сергей,

please try other combinations incl.: 0373, 00373, +0373, +00373. Also, try adding your local area code.

If none of it helps, you may be affected by an issue with our SMS provider regarding non-US phone numbers. We are aware of it and will fix it very soon. We will notify you when it's done.

Hello Сергей,

we have made some necessary changes in our SMS reminder service for non-US users.

From now on, you should be able to receive SMS reminders everywhere outside the USA. Please try to use the "Sent a test" option in reminders and/or set up a reminder for the nearest future using your full phone number incl. country and/or area code and let us know in case you experience any further issues.
