install outlook add-in
1. if i install the add-in without outlook running, i get a blank panel for todoist when i open outlook
2. if i install the add-in with outlook running, i get an error message no matter how my times i click the retry butoon.

Please un-install any version you have installed right now through the Control Panel, clear the cache for Internet Explorer.
