I apparently have two accounts under two different email addresses. Is there a way I can consolidate them?

Unfortunately, we can't combine two accounts.
If only one of these accounts are Premium, then your option is to copy and paste any tasks/information that you want to keep from the non-premium into the Premium account. A bit of a hassle, but as of now the only real option.
If you want to use the Non-Premium account as your only account, you would have to export as template all the projects you want to keep from your Premium account. We then would transfer the Premium to the other account, and then import those templates into your new Premium account.
Once that is done, sign into the non-Premium account, and head to Settings (top right corner) and Delete Your Account.
