Can you start a blog or use your twitter account more?
Today I noticed that you changed the look of the site. This happened silently without informing your customers. We have repeatedly requested that you maintain a blog (for updates, and information on outages). No response from you. You have a twitter account but use it sparingly.
Your competitors do a much better job keeping their customers informed. Can you please do the same?
(yes David, I know, take it to the votebox. We see that boiler plate answer all the time).

I agree -- although I like the new changes (that I know of), I wish I could get a list of changes so as not to be surprised, in the form of a convenient blog post. Github is a great example of this practice.

Currently we don't have resources to run a blog as we are mostly focused on improving the product. This said, we are planning to use our Twitter account more ( http://twitter.com/todoist ) to inform you about what we are working on, so please follow us there to get updates.
