Wrong search string translation after Outlook start
I have a German system language and when I start Outlook then the search string is the following: "(überfällig, 7 Tage)". To get the correct search results I have to click "7 days" which changes the search string to "(überfällig, 7 Tage)" which is correct German.
Maybe here happens some kind of encoding error.

Please tell me:
- How did you set up your default start page? Please click on the gear icon in the top-right corner, go to "Einstellungen" and let me know what do you see in the "Startseite" drop-down menu, is this error shown already there?
- Do you have the latest and the German version of Internet Explorer installed? Our plugin uses IE to connect to Todoist so any encoding issues would be caused by IE.

I tried everything available in the drop-down menu with no changes. I always get "Keine Aufgaben entsprechend Ihrer Anfrage" and the search string "(überfällig, 7 Tage)". I also cleaned the cache of Internet Explorer.
I have IE 10 in German version installed.
We would greatly appreciate if you could let us know what do you see in the "Startseite" drop-down menu - is this error shown already there? In other words, when you use this drop-down menu, does the text already have these strange characters there?
Also, try to right-click somewhere in IE (in a blank place when using Todoist) and let me know what do you see when you hover over the "Encoding" menu. It should be "Unicode (UTF-8)" if it's anything else, please hover over "More" and select Unicode (UTF-8) from the list.
Have you tried accessing Todoist through a different browser (Firefox or Chrome) to see if the issue also persists there?

the entries are:
- Info page
- Heute und überfällig
- Überfällig, heute und morgen
- 7 Tage und überfällig
- Individuelle Abfrage
- Prokjekt 1
So there is no strange character there.
The encoding is set to "Unicode (UTF-8)".
If I open the todoist.com in IE direct there is no problem and also in no other browser. The problem only happens if Outlook add-in is used.
Please tell me - what version of Outlook are you using and is it the 32-bit or the 64-bit edition?
Try to uninstall it and install this version and let me know if it helps: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/02cd062715e057dfa9ee118565c79108/as/OutlookTodoist.Adx.exe

I'm using Outlook in 32-bit version.
With this provided version everything works perfect.
Thanks a lot for the help.
