[bug] in deletings todos

Hi,

I had this list:

item
-sub_item
-sub_item
-sub_item

but after some time I had move these sub_items to root:

item
sub_item
sub_item
sub_item

and try delete item. But also deleted all sub_items. After restore I was able to delete only item
