App will not launch in Windows
I receive a windows error attempting to launch the app. Not details provided.
I have run CCleaner (twice as recommended in a prior post)
I have updated windows until no updates were found
I emptied the I E cache prior to re-install the APP (several times)
The same error persists
I even downloaded the install from a link in a recent post and the problem continues
I am on Windows XP

Please make sure .NET Framework is installed, if it is, please try to re-install it.
If that does not work, please try the same steps, and install this version, I am not sure which version you have tried.
If that does not help, please tell me.
- Are you behind any firewalls or proxy servers?
- Do you use any anti-virus software?
- Did you install any network-related software at the time the app stopped working?
I am behind a firewall. However the app worked briefly several days ago. Then on launch I get a white window with the logo, a logo in the system tray, then the windows error reporting to Microsoft pops up. Any button pushed results in the app window closing and the system tray icon disappearing.
I am using Microsoft Security Essentials for anti-virus
There was no network-related software load at the same time.
Please tell us - what does the error message you see say exactly? Does it give any details about the error?
Also, have you tried to right-click on the TD icon in the system tray and using the "home" or "logout" options from there? Do they also result in an error?
