I purchased the premium addition, but it has not upgraded, so I don't have access to the Premium features. Please help.

As Randolph states, you are Premium on our end, so please try logging out and back in again, and clearing the cache for your browser, and restarting your mobile device could help.
It's normally just a matter of time, usually fairly quick :)
