ToDoist extension for Outlook 365 can't connect (Error 404)
I am having problems getting ToDoist Premium to work regularly and seamlessly with Outlook 365 running on Windows 7 64 bit. I have BT Infinity running at >35Mb/sec. I regularly get an Error 404 - Website not found. I have deleted and reinstalled the extension, and restarted my laptop, to no avail.
I can connect to my account easily via Chrome; it is only the Outlook APK that is currently giving problems. The iCal extension is working OK with my Google Calendar.

Please make sure that your Internet Explorer is updated to the latest as well as to make sure there are no Office Updates in Windows Update area. The Outlook plugin requires these to function.
At the same time if you could clear the cache for IE while you log-out of the Outlook plugin and close down Outlook.
We were experiencing some server related issues yesterday, but things are back to normal today, are you still having these issues today? Is it always a 404 message, or does it display any other kind of screen?
Office 365 auto-updates IE (if I believe the narrative in the 'About' dialogue box) so I should be OK in that respect.
There are no Windows updates pending.
I have deleted all the browsing history, etc in the delete options list, which I assume includes the cache you describe.
I have closed and restarted Outlook. The issue remains, as a 404.
