No Tasks in Project View
When I click on one particular prjoect this morning, it says "This project has no tasks" Well there were many a few minutes ago and they are still visable in the today and 7 day view with the right project label. So why don't they appear in the project view now? And yes, as always I clear my cache several times a day to make this app work - I know that's always the first suggestion to every issue.

Does the randomly sorted Today view happen in more than one browser? Which browsers have you tried this with?
I have seen the Today view do this before, but most of the time it resolves itself in a short period of time, which makes it hard to resolve ourselves.
I use Chrome at the office and Safari or Chrome at home. The problem follows me wherever I go. The sorting issue occurs both the the Today and in the Project views. It wouldn't be accurate to call it random sorting. If I manually sort tasks to be in order of priority,change views and go back, it will go back to the same wrong sort order as before with the same task in the exact same wrong place as before.
To clarify, you click on your Project, and you sort it by priority, and that works without issue? Then you enter a new task into that project and that task is at the bottom of the task list?
If this is the case, unfortunately, that is how Todoist handles new tasks at this time in Project view. You would need re-sort that project view again for the task to move to the correct place.
As for the Today view, it should be automatically organized by priority, and I am un-able to reproduce this issue.

No, when I click on my project, i would of course sort it by date first. You would think then that the tasks would be sorted first by date and then by priority. All I want is to see my tasks, in whatever view, sorted first by due date, then by priority. That just seems to be common sense. That's the way pretty much any task/project management app works - but with Todoist seems to force to to choose one or the other.
To see tasks sorted by date, then priority, simply go to the "today" or "7 days" view. These queries should always show your tasks grouped by date and within each day, sorted primarily by time (if they have a due time) and secondarily by priority.
However, please note that if you reorder tasks manually, the new order will only be saved if you do that in the regular "today" or "7 days" view, but not in advanced queries incl. labels, for example.
Also, tasks are being grouped by priority which means, if you change the order manually, all new tasks with a certain priority will be added to the place where you've put other tasks with the same priority.
Tasks in my "today" or "7 days" definitely don't sort by due date, then priority - at least not consistently. They're ok at the moment, because I already manually sorted them this morning but I can send you a screen shot probably tomorrow morning when they go wonky again.
AS per the original question; I have also noticed a reoccurring bug where tasks are disappearing (but have 15 items showing up on the left column). I have to refresh the page several times and it tends to come back. I have never had this problem in past months. It is occurring frequently, and I hope it can get fixed.
I am using Chrome/Web version, non premium.
Please make sure that you're using the latest stable release of Chrome and not a pre-release, beta or dev version. Also, clear Todoist's offline data on Chrome. This can only be done manually (clearing the cache will still leave some data) through the Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Content Settings -> All cookies and site data where you can remove todoist.com from this list.
