I keep on losing my Outlook plugin. This has happenned in the past and I would go to the Add- Ins in my Trust centre and find that my computer moved it to the inactive section. I would move it back into the active add-Ins and it would work for awhile. This morning I had a problem opening Outtlook and had to restart my compter. Your plug-in didn't load and it ended up in the disabled section. I been unsuccessful in moving it back to active status. I like using your program with Outlook but need a permenant solution for this problem as it is taking up too much of my time.

please go to your Control Panel -> Add/remove programs and completely remove "OutlookTodoist". Download the latest version of Todoist for Outlook: http://todoist.com/outlook run it "As Administrator" and install the plugin.
If it will still disappear after enabling it in the Trust center, please tell me:
- Which Outlook version are you using?
- Which operating system are you using?
Hello I did as you suggested but the following error message came up. Specified argumentwas out of range of valid values Perimeter name: entry value.
You also indicated that I was to sign on as Administrator. How do I do this as I didn't see an option for this.
I am using Outlook 2007, Xp Professional.
did the error message showed up when you tried to install the plugin, add it to Outlook, activate it in Outlook or when you've tried to log in through Outlook?
As for the "Run as Administrator" option - you have to right-click the installer file and instead of "Open" choose "Run as..." and make sure you have administrator privileges on the computer you're trying to install it on. If you're the only person using this computer, you're the administrator by default.
Also, please make sure you've installed:
- Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=20479
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=17851
and then downloaded the latest updates for .NET Framework.
If for some reason you won't be able to launch the installer, go to C:/Windows/Temp/TodoistForOutlook1_2 and run Setup.exe from there (also preferably "as Administrator").
