Opening tasks created from emails
I'm using the Outlook plug-in. I've created tasks from email messages, but when I later click on the task nothing happens. I have to go back into my deleted emails to retrieve the original message and figure out what I was supposed to do. What's wrong here?

There was a known issue when moving emails, and this occurred mostly with people using an Exchange Server. Please also note that tasks created in Outlook can only be opened within Outlook at this time.
Please try to un-install the version you have and try installing this one, let me know if it solves the issue. If it does continue, which version of Outlook are you running, and windows version?

I am using Exchange with Outlook 2013 running on Windows 8. I tried reinstalling but it still doesn't work.
Unfortunately, at the moment we are un-able to re-produce this issue. We are aware of the issue and are looking into it.
For now, if you could try leaving the emails where they were when adding the task, or creating the task after changing the location.
Alternatively, instead of linking a message to a task, you can forward it to a project. This will even create a task note from the entire content of the message. Please refer to this post on our blog for more information: http://todoist.com/blog/2013/01/zero-inbox-policy-with-todoist/
