Can't log in - Firefox 6 browser extension?

When I enter my credentials and click login, the fields are reset - blank. Possibly there is a slight delay. Nothing else happens. Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas for a fix.

Firefox 6 running the browser extension. It does not say that my login is incorrect, and in fact, I can log in successfully on the website.

Hello Seth,

please go to Tools -> Options -> Privacy and in the drop-down menu in the "History" section choose "Use custom settings for history".

Then, check both - "Accept cookies from sites" and "Accept third=party cookies".

I have done this, David, including restarting Firefox, but it's still doing the same thing. I have also reset my password.

Please help!

Hello Sarah,

please tell me:
- Which version of Firefox are you using?
- Can you sign in directly through the website?

Please try to go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> "Network" tab and if you see Todoist on the list of sites storing offline data, remove it from the list.

Also, please clear your browser cache and cookies.
