When I open the Windows application, I get "Error: Generic Failure Occurred."
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no improvement. I have successfully opened the application on previous occasions, with no error.

Please try to clock on the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray) in the bottom-right corner of Windows and use the "Logout" option to log out and back in.
If the issue will still persist, try to install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/46df05282d620e14d9ddd8a60d813dad/as/Todoist_for_Windows.RC.exe and let us know if it fixes this problem.
