I have a Samsung phone using android. I get the Push reminders but my phone doesn't get the text or vibrate reminders. I watched the video and followed the directions but I am still stumped.

Please use +1 at the front of your phone number (without the 00). If this won't help, set "International" as your provider and repeat the "Send a test" option 3 times - one through each of our 3 outgoing host.
While you're editing the number, you'll see a "Number to send from" drop-down menu from which you can pick the US and one of the two Canadian hosts.
If neither of these 3 will work, please send your full phone number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll contact our SMS provider about it.
Regarding the issue with vibrating alarms - if you're using push notifications, you can set the notification and/or switch the vibration on/off in the app's settings (accessible through the 3-dot icon in the top-right corner).
We're glad to hear that it works for you now.
On our end, there are no additional fees for international SMS messages, but please make sure that your provider doesn't charge you for receiving such messages. It's highly unlikely that AT&T would charge you for receiving them and they're sent from Canada, but in some rare cases some providers may have such charge so please check in your pricing if the reception of SMS from Canada is subject to any fees.
