Outlook and Todoist/email and todoist
I still cannot get the Outlook add-on to work - it is juts blank, with an error message. I have seen the IT team, who tell me that there is no obvious reason why it shouldn't work. Also, the add button on toolbar does not add email to my Todoist.
Finally, when I copy and paste the email address for a project into an email bcc on outlook, I just get garbled letters and percentages - how do I fix this? Is there a quick way of using/finding all this email links for various projects?
This is all very frustrating, as the main reason for me paying for Todoist was to integrate its excellent functions with Outlook.
Many thanks in advance

This happened to me today.
I disabled the Todoist add-in in Outlook options, then closed Outlook.
I then restarted Outlook and re-enabled the Todoist add-in and it started working.
Hope this helps.
Please let us know if Stature's method works. If not, try to install this version of our plugin: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/82b87011c7a86df0809676bb96ebfa9b/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe This version has a "Logout Todoist" button in the "Add-ins" tab which should help you get to the login page.
If this won't work either, please tell me:
- What version of Outlook are you using (2007, 2010, 2013)?
- What edition of Outlook are you using (32-bit, 64-bit)?
Regarding the email address issues - please clarify, you go to todoist.com, log into your account, right-click on a project, choose "Email tasks to this project", then right-click on the email address of this project, choose "Copy email address" and something else that the email address is being copied? Does this also occur when you select the email address and just chose "copy"?
Sorry I meant this
This is the URL of the image next to the link. Please click on the link itself (the red text including the project name and an email address - it's next to the right of the image you've linked to).
Once you do, you'll see "Copy email address" as an option. If not, please tell me:
- Which browser are you using?
- Can you reproduce this issue in a different browser?
