Generic Failure Occured
Hi, I am using ToDoist on Windows 8 (PC Version -64 bit I think) and for the last few days I cannot use the main program as I get 'Generic Failure Occurred', even though I can use it in Outlook and online on the same computer. I know that Generic Failure Occurred can mean anything, but have you seen this before, and are there steps I could take besides re-installing the program?

Thank you for your report, I've passed it to the developers and we'll address this issue in the upcoming update of our Outlook plugin. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In the meantime, please tell me:
- What version of Outlook are you using (2007, 2010 or 2013)?
- What edition of Outlook are you using (32-bit or 64-bit)?

I am not using the Outlook plugin, but still am getting this error when I use the Windows S/W for Todoist.
On my Mac and Android Phone and Tab, it works fine.
Please let me know why it does not work on the Windows 7 PC.
It used to work fine earlier till a couple of days ago.
It just stopped working suddenly since yesterday.

If the issue persists, try to log out of the app through the TD icon in the notifications area (system tray).
