Problems to install in outlook
I installed the app in my laptop, but i can´t find the icon to open the app, to sync with outlook.
I have the file OutlookTodoist installed in my computer but I don´t find where can I do the synchronization or run the program.

Please try to uninstall it from the Control Panel -> Programs and Features (it's listed as OutlookTodoist) and then install our latest update from this location: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/3ac86bc18ae12fe2cf8c93fdbbb9bf05/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists or if you'll see the Todoist plugin pane on the right side in Outlook.

I have a problem with installing todoist in Outlook.
The add-in is visible but stays unloaded.
I have installed it with as administrator via explorer and via the add-ins menu in Outlook. None of these ways makes it work.
What can solve this?
Please tell me - did you install the Outlook plugin available on this site: https://todoist.com/outlook ? If so, please uninstall it through the Control Panel -> Programs and Features (it will be listed as "OutlookTodoist") and then download and install this version: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/3ac86bc18ae12fe2cf8c93fdbbb9bf05/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and let us know if the issue persists.

Yes tried that version also. Same issue persist.

Installed update mentioned above as administrator
did not register plugin for all users.
After this it worked for me
Although so far we weren't able to reproduce this issue, we've made a new version of our plugin with a built-in error reporting system. Please download and install it from this location: https://d2dq6e731uoz0t.cloudfront.net/6d48d3aaeb65b9bca3dc3068008d08ec/as/OutlookTodoist.RC.exe and if you'll see any error during installation or activation of the plugins, please agree to send an error report to us.
