Sync calendars, etc, across multiple platforms

Hello,

I'm not sure whether todoist is capable of doing what I want it to do.

I want to sync:
my calendar on my Mac (ical)
with
my iphone (ical)
with
my work calender (Outlook for PC's)
with
my google calendar.

I want all of my calendars to be identical (sync in both directions), without duplicates.

I want to do this for all of my projects/tasks/calendars/notes/contacts/etc.

1. Is todoist capable of doing this?

2. If so, do I need to get the premium subscription?

3. Would I have to get 3 different subscriptions (1 for each platform), or would I be able to do this on just 1 subscription (since I am just 1 user).

4. I'm going to replace my phone this year. If I switch to a windows or google phone, would it still sync properly?

5. How do I set it up?

Thank you!
:o)

Hello Gillian,

Todoist Premium allows you to export an iCal feed to any calendar software you want (and which supports the iCal standard) and you can use multiple calendars and you won't have to pay additionally for it. Please watch this video showing how this feature works: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzGubOy8GuE

Please note that the sync is one-way only so you would be able to see your Todoist tasks in your calendar software, but if you add appointments to your calendar, they will not appear in Todoist.

Best regards,
David
