error 302 prevents app from opening
i have recurring error 302 that prevents todoist app for windows from opening. This error refers to a deleted task. Have removed and reinstalled todoist several times, and deleted the data file. error still occurs.
error does not occur in the todoist anywhere window, or the outlook add in, or on the iphone app version.
Please help- I am a premium user.

We're sorry for the inconvenience. This issue occurs when trying to open a link to an email address through the Windows app. We're working on a fix right now.
For now, in order to get out from the error message page, please click on the TD icon in the notification area (system tray) and choose "Logout" from the menu. This will forward you to the main login page within the app.
Hi David - there is no "logout" option when I click the icon you mentioned - it simply gives me options to close the window.
I effectively cant use the Outlook plug in, or the windows version because of this error, and can only use the web based one. I am finding this very frustrating.
Please give me a fix as soon as possible :)

As for the logout option - it is located in the system tray. In the bottom-right corner of your system, you should see the notifications area with your date/time, keyboard language, active services and sometimes also an arrow showing other apps. Use this arrow and you'll see the Todoist logo, please click on it and it will show you multiple options, configuration and also Logout.
