Hello Chirag,

To add a document or any other file (not larger than 20 MB) to a task, please open the task notes box and you'll see an "Attach files, documents or images" icon at the bottom, right next to the "Add note" button.

It will allow you do upload one or multiple files at once. Direct file adding to tasks (not notes) is unfortunately not possible.
