Unfortunately, we don't have any native Windows 8 apps right now, but we will consider developing such app in the future. You're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/558/

For now, you could try to use our Todoist for Windows app: http://todoist.com/windows (which is not a native Win 8 app) or, alternatively, you could access the mini version of Todoist at https://todoist.com/?mini=1 in a browser window while it's snapped to one side of the screen.
