Is there an html-based app designed for a phone ?
I want to use an html-based app from my phone (768x1280). I don't want a native app, I want an html-based app. The interface is clean and all, but the page size, when displayed on my phone, forces it to use a virtual canvas, requiring me to zoom and pan - I want an app targeted to a phone's screen size, so it doesn't require zooming and panning. It's kind of irritating that clicking on "Todoist Mobile" forwards to the Android page - if I was interested in the Android app, I would have clicked on "Android".
Thanks in advance

In landscape mode, your full web-app should work fine on a phone as it's HTML5-based. You can access it through this URL: http://todoist.com/m/forceRegular
Alternatively, you can of course use our mobile interface at http://todoist.com/m

Thank you for your reply. I suspected there was a mobile (phone) interface, but couldn't find it until your reply. You might want to fix the "Todoist Mobile" link to give that information instead of forwarding to the Android page.
Now I'm running into a problem, though - I can't log in. I set up my account and log in to the normal site using my Google account, but when I go to http://todoist.com/m, it prompts me to log in, and it doesn't recognize my Google account. Does the mobile app just not support logging in with a Google account?
Please clarify - what link are you referring to? Where did you found it? On our home page at https://todoist.com/web we only link to the latest mobile apps. Please let us know and we'll address this issue.
Reg. logging in - the /m site indeed doesn't support Google login, but you can easily set a Todoist password to log into it. to do so, please log into the full web-app at http://todoist.com click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings -> Account. Here, you can use the "Edit" link in the "Password" section and this will set a separate password for Todoist for manual login.
Note - you will still be able to use the one-click Google login on the web and all other clients that support it, but when logging in through the mobile site, please use the newly set password in combination with your GMail address.

Thank you for the instructions regarding the password - I went in and set up an in-app password, and then I was able to use the mobile app.
Regarding the link, I'm referring to the "Todoist Mobile" link underneath "Mobile, Widgets and API" on the home page (http://todoist.com/app?v=92). GETting http://todoist.com/mobile/ returns a 301 (moved permanently) redirect to http://todoist.com/android. I couldn't find any link from the main page that tells about http://todoist.com/m; I apologize if it's somewhere else and I was just missing it, but "Todoist Mobile" is where I expected to find it.

I hope I wasn't misunderstood, I'm not suggesting to make the link point to the /m site, but rather to information about it.
(This is not for my benefit, but for others who have this same question in the future.)
Just like the links under "Install our free apps" take you to pages that tell about the apps/extensions (including links to install), I'd suggest having the "Todoist Mobile" link take you to a page describing how great the mobile app (/m) is (including a link to it).
If someone clicks on the "Todoist Mobile" link, they've already intentionally skipped past the "Android" link above. It seems to me that the page layout, grouping, and icon indicate that the "Todoist Mobile" link is specifically for the mobile site (/m) - probably not a generic meaning of 'mobile', and definitely not the Android app - so it's rather unhelpful when it forwards to the Android app page. Just my opinion :-)
