Hello Noreen,

I've tried to reproduce this issue through the latest version of Firefox on the web and on in the Outlook plugin with Outlook 2010 having Internet Explorer 8 installed (the Outlook plugin always connects through IE). In both cases both labels were saved correctly to the task you've mentioned above.

Please tell me:
- What browser are you using on the web and which version of IE do you have installed?
- When you go to the full label list (the @ query) do you see one label named "kelly" or multiple or is it written with a capital K?
- Are both labels existing (have been used before) or new?
- Does renaming the label (if existing) or adding it (if new) directly on the label list solve this issue?

Thank you for your help David!

I am using Windows 8 IE. I noticed that this issue is ONLY occurring with this particular task.

For the @kelly label, it is working with any other task I create. But even if I attemp to recreate this task by pairing @kelly with @touchbase, that is when the issue occurs yet again.

This task will be complete today anyway, so hopefully I wont come across it during a future task.

I will ask our IT Dept to install Firefox so I will try on there as well.
