I am a premium user and I love your product. Simple and efficient. I am using the outlook plugin and today Todoist has lost its ability to open outlook email links. I do move the message after the link has been created but I have done it before and it worked well. I am using IMAP but not Exchange.
Also the web version shows my labels as does the windows version but they don't show in the outlook plugin. Can I get my links and labels back please? - Thank you.

As for the issues you've experiencing, please try to log out through the Outlook plugin and then back in. If this won't bring your labels back, try to log out, close Outlook then open Internet Explorer (the Outlook plugin always uses IE to connect) and clear its cache.
Regarding the inaccessibility of messages, unfortunately, this is an issue we're aware of and in some cases moving tasks may change their ID. We're working on a new version of our plugin and we hope it will address this issue permanently.

For now, to avoid the issue with inaccessibility of moved emails, you could try to use the alternative way of managing your mails with Todoist - sending mails to your projects. This won't create links to your messages, but will make the complete message accessible from anywhere as it will convert its body to a task note.
