If you want to receive an email containing your tasks from your to-do list then unfortunately, it's not possible right now. You're welcome to add a request to our Votebox, though: http://todoist.com/Vote/ and we may consider adding such option in the future.

If you want to send tasks to your Todoist projects via email, please right-click on a project, choose "Email tasks to this project" and you'll see more details about this feature in the popup window.
