How I can change default reminder time?
I prefer default remind in 60-90 minutes before task instead of 30 minutes.
Or better 2 reminders - in 60 and 15 minutes before task.

Go into the reminder area of the Task and you can change it there by using either Absolute time or a relative time designation.

As Richard said, you can edit the reminder time of a single task, but unfortunately, it's not possible to change the default reminder setting. We will consider adding such option in the future and you're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/298/
For now, as a workaround, you could go to Settings -> Reminders and choose "No default reminder". This will switch off the default "30 minutes before" setting for all tasks that have due times, but you can also add a reminder manually to every task incl. by typing the following syntax within it's name: <remind tod at 2pm> or <remind every Wed at 13:28>
