[Outlook] Imap account, can't open email tasks
I read about the two options of making email as task. However, I am curious if there is an option for following: I have company pc and personal one, both use outlook and same IMAP account. I can open the same email at work and at home (obvious imap account), why I can't open linked email in todoist. This would help greatly or maybe there is solution (thunderbird perhaps?)
Forwarding the email is not exctly the same, because its just body, I would like to open email and reply.

We'll try to address this issue in future updates of our Outlook app. It seems that there are some issues with tracking of the unique ID of a message when using an Exchange Server.
In case of IMAP, it's possible that the ID of the message in Outlook at your workplace is different than the same message as you've accessed it through a different installation of Outlook if Outlook is assigning it.
Thank you for quick reply. So from what you are saying is that there is no other option just now but forwarding message or using one outlook. Oh well I guess will have to search messages all the time., which is not great but oh well better than nothing.
Please could you confirm with your tech guyz if there is no technical problem to do it in future(imap id) ? If there is no technical barriers I will put it through vote box.
