Account is not updated to Premium
I've paid for premium account via PayPal. But my account is not updated. How long does it take to recieve the premium features in my account?
My PayPal and Todoist mails differs, but I paid via pressing update button in Todoist, so I thought that the payment should go the right way.

The changes take effect immediately. Please make sure that you were logged into the same Todoist account when you were paying as the one you're normally using. If you've used the Google Login option, but have created the account by manually typing an email/password combination, a new account might have been created.
If that's not the case and you're certain that you've never created another Todoist account with a different email address, please send:
- the email address you've used with PayPal to subscribe
- and the unique transaction ID of your payment
Unfortunately, there is a technical issue on PayPal's side. We're investigating it with PayPal support and we hope it will be resolved very soon. For now, you've been given 1 month of Todoist Premium and we will extend it to the full time you've paid for as soon as this issue is solved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Same issue. Ordered within Todoist to Paypal. Same account login. Logged out and back in. Cleared Chrome Cookies, etc. My account is not showing Premium status and Paypal shows payment cleared. I don't mind waiting but wanted to bring another members difficulty to your upgrade setup.
While PayPal is investigating this issue, we can activate your Premium membership for 1 month (temporarily - it will be extended), but we'll need to locate your payment and to do so, please send the email address you've used with PayPal to subscribe or the unique transaction ID of the payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
