I was just about to post the same question! It would be great to have an item on your drop down to the right of each project that would allow you to enter an e-mail address send a PDF or some other type of document showing the project and all its tasks.

I am sure you could write a patch to do this over the weekend and surprise us all on Monday, David! :)

We're currently working on a big implementation that will allow interactivity between Todoist and our team-based project management tool https://wedoist.com and this may allow better task sharing as you'll be able to manage tasks between both services and share some team-based tasks with others.

I don't need the two way collaboration benefits of wedoist and could never justify its cost. What I am looking for is a way to email a project with its task and subtasks showing (optionally showing the comleted tasks as well if the user checks that option) to an employee for reference purposes. without having to create a PDF of it.

I often create a project after a meeting based on what was discussed and would like to send that project and all the tasks to some as a kind of meeting recap
