Hello Cyril,

Please make sure your phone number is entered correctly incl. your country code in the following format: +33123456789

If it is, please go to Settings -> Reminders, use the "Edit" option next to your number and while in edit mode, choose a different outgoing host (number to send from). There are 3 hosts you can choose from - 1 US host and 2 Canadian hosts, please try each of them and use the "Send a test" option through each host.
