Hello Trevor,

You can complete the deleted tasks within a project by accessing the project and clicking on "Delete completed" in the bottom-right corner, but it's not possible to clear the completion history in the "# Completed" menu.

However, this should not affect the performance of the app at all as this data is not being accessed or processed when you use Todoist unless you click on this link and view it as it's being completely fetched from the server and not stored or cached locally.
