I want to cancel my account

I was not forewarned that this program download was a free trial.

Hello,

if you want to cancel your free account, please go to Preferences -> Account and click on "Delete my Todoist account" (at the bottom of the window).

Please note that once you delete you account, it will be gone forever and you will not be able to retrieve your data in the future.

Hello Bonnie,

Todoist doesn't offer any free trial. You can use a free Todoist account forever and the Todoist Premium upgrade can be purchased for one year or, using the Android app and Google Play Store - for one month.
