50% off promotion
Hi unfortunately I missed the 50% off promotion that you were running this week. I had intended to upgrade to premium today but discovered the offer had finished... Will you be running this offer again in the future? Or am i simply too late?

I also missed this offer. Ideally the existing customers should have got an email about the promotion. Can I avail this offer to extend my premium account. thanks.

Mark - unfortunately, we cannot extend this promotion right now, but we will certainly offer similar discounts in the future.
Usman - this was only a special offer for new customers, the previous promotion (on Black Friday) was targeted to anyone, though. We will have other discounts in the future.
