Print Format

I can not seem to get ToDoist to print in a format that I can read. I experience 2 things in particular:

1. If I have a 2 page list, the page break does not work correctly. Part of the last task on page 1 is cut off.
2. The "Get more out of ToDoist Pro" appears in the middle of the printed page.

I am trying to print with both Firefox 5 and IE 9.

Is it possible to change the format of a printed list?
