Are all communications (Windows client, web, Android, ...) SSL secured as a premium member?
Where are your servers located? Do you regularly make backups?

Yes, all data is sent via HTTPS, we make regular backups, you can also download backups of your data manually (as shown in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U96Nco_but4 ).
