I want to know if you can ad files to the Outlook extention

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add files to Todoist or any of our plugins right now, but we will consider adding such option in the future. You're welcome to vote for this request in our Votebox: http://todoist.com/Vote/showProposal/182/
