Scroll to bottom and top when using CTRL or CMD

On Mac using Chrome, when using CTRL or CMD down/up arrows the screen scrolls all the way down/up to the bottom/top of the screen, respectively.

So when trying to use the keyboard to cycle through tasks it also scrolls me to the page and I lose focus.
