Task list gone
Hi - Someone recently shut down my web browser while I was logged in, and when I re-entered the site, it looks completely different and my tasks are gone.
I am pretty sure I only have one account. How can I confirm this, and what else should I look for to retrieve my existing task list(s)?

Please tell me - were you online while you were adding tasks? If so - all changes are saved instantly and should be on your list.
Please type "va" or "viewall" to the search bot in the top-right corner and see if all your tasks will be displayed. Also, try to access Todoist through a different browser to make sure it's not a caching issue.

I was online...
There is a search box in the top left corner, but I get no results.
The two items that are listed as projects are not things I recall placing there, so I'm wondering if I somehow have more than one account.
How would I find that out?
I tried from a different browser and got the same results.
You could have a second account if you've used the "Log in using Google Account" option in which case a new account is being created linked to your GMail address. Try to log in using both the email address you've logged into now and the Google Account.
Other than that there's unfortunately no other certain way of knowing what other email address you could have used unless you go to the login page place the cursor in the "Email" box and press the DownArrow on your keyboard so the system's auto-complete function will show email addresses that have been typed into this box.

OMG - I just realized what I did.
My account is with "wedoist" not "todoist"....DOH!
For some reason I had the todoist URL saved in my contacts list, not the wedoist one.
Happy to have averted having to remember all those tasks!
