离线时，无法打开todoist for win8
Todoist for win8 的亮点在于 可以离线查看，但是 如果我开机时就没连上网，则无法打开todoist for win8.
此外，我的电脑也打不开 Todoist_for_Windows_2_1，老是提示正在连接。

Hello,
All our apps, incl. the web-app and all our plugins are HTML5-based apps which means that you can work offline with them, but only if you connect to them while you're online and then disconnect.
The only truly offline-capable apps which allow you to access them without an internet connection at all (if you're logged in) are our mobile apps for Android and iPhone.
