Reminders across time zones
I am located in GMT +7:00 as set in the general settings of the account.
Trying to use sms reminders, I am getting the reminders for yesterday's taks at 06:30 AM, which is 06:30 PM EST
Is this a bug?

Please clarify exactly how did you set the task, the reminder incl. information such as:
- What due date or time does the task have?
- What default reminder method are you using in your Todoist settings (is SMS your default method)?
- Is this a relative reminder (30 minutes before) or an absolute reminder (set to an exact due time manually)?
- What are the time settings on your Todoist account and on your computer?
Please confirm - you have a task due 6:30 AM and have received a reminder the next day at 6:30 PM?
Please clarify - has this issue now been fixed for you? If the original task you've mentioned earlier had a due date of "every 19" then no reminder should have ever been sent for it unless you've created one manually. If that's the case, please let me know what date/time combination did you set the reminder to.
As for the absolute/relative time issue - when you right-click on a task and choose "Reminders" you can choose "Relative" from the drop-down menu only if the task itself has a due time because only then a reminder can be set relatively to the task's time. An absolute reminder can be added to any task regardless of its date or lack thereof.
No, the issue is not solved I think
If a task has to be conducted every 19, why can't I have a reminder, and in any case, if the reminder should be at, say 11:30 PM on the 18th evening, even with the time difference, I shouldn't receive the reminder at 6:30 AM on the 20th...
I think that this can be improved and that you have a bug.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, I was referring to relative reminders. A task due "every 19" can't have a relative reminder because there's no time of reference for the reminders, but in this an any other task, you can of course manually add an absolute reminder to it.
For example, you can set the reminder to "every 18 at 17:00" or "every 19 at 8am" and the reminder would be recurring just as the task, but it won't be set automatically due to the lack of a time.
That said, please let me know what exact due date and time did you set the reminder for this task so we can have a reference to reproduce this bug and see if it's on the side of the reminder sending mechanism or the date functions etc.
