ADDING OUTLOOK EMAIL
I added an outlook email as a task, but when I click on the task in the software, the screen jumps repeatedly until I hit reload. Was never able to open the email. Am I doing something wrong? If not, what is the problem. Thanks.

Thank you for your report, I've been able to reproduce this issue and I've passed it to the developers.
In general, if you add an email as a task through Outlook, it cannot be opened from within the web-app as it only contains a link to the actual message that can be opened through Outlook.
Alternatively, if you would like to have access to the message at anytime, you can use the option to send/forward emails to your Todoist projects in which case the full content of the mail would become a task note. For detailed information about this feature, please enter a project, click on the "Task actions: gear icon at the top of the list and choose "Email tasks to this project".
