Receiving push alert to iPhone for reminder after task is completed

I'm still receiving push alerts for a reminder on a task that I completed earlier today. The reminder shouldn't be going off anymore. Suggestions? Ideas?

Hello Bradley,

Please tell me:
- What's the exact due date of this task?
- What reminders are set for it (you can check this by right-clicking on the task on the web-app and choosing "Reminders")?

It was due today at 1:00 PM.
The reminder that was set was for 30 minutes before the due date. I've since removed the reminders and still getting the push alerts.

Bradley,

Please clarify - you've removed the reminders from this particular task or did you set the default reminders (in the Settings) to "no default"?

Also, is "today at 1:00 pm" the date you've typed into the due date field or was this task only due for today, but it's a recurring task (such as "every day")?

Default reminders have been off. I removed the reminder from this task.

It is a recurring task with a due date of "Ev wed at 1:00 PM".
