My Todoist is not working correctly
I am not able to add new tasks and when I click on a task to edit it, the task disappears. What can I do to fix this? I have tried logging out and logging back in but that did not work.
Thanks
Ashley

Hello Ashley,
please tell me:
- What browser are you using?
- Are you accessing Todoist directly through the website or through a plugin/add-on (if so, which one)?
- Do you have any ad- or script-blocking plugins in your browser?
- Does this issue also occur in a different browser?
Best regards,
David

Here are the answers to your questions:
What browser are you using?
Chrome
Are you accessing Todoist directly through the website or through a plugin/add-on (if so, which one)?
I am accessing Todoist directly through the website, no plugins or add-ons.
Do you have any ad- or script-blocking plugins in your browser?
Not that I am aware of. I used it all day yesterday without any issues and have not added anything on.
Does this issue also occur in a different browser?
I just check and it works fine in Firefox, but I need it working in Chrome again as that is the browser that I use for all my productivity management items.
Thanks for your quick response,
Ashley

I just fixed it. all I had to do wall close the tab and relaunch it again. It may have been a glitch. I have Todoist set up as one of my 'home' tabs for auto loading and I think that may be the issue.
So, for those of you that are reading this thread later on, try closing the actual tab and opening a new tab. Then go to Todoist.com log in and it should work fine.

You should be able to set up Todoist as your homepage. I think the problem might be the URL you've used as a homepage.
Please go to Options -> Basics -> Homepage -> and in "Open this page:" insert this URL:
https://todoist.com/app#start
Although, depending on how many tabs you're opening on startup, this might indeed be a glitch caused by loading too many elements at the same time.

I have a total of 5 tabs that start up as my home page, so yes it is probably just a glitch.
Thanks
