Daily Digest Emails Not Arriving
I used to receive the Daily Digest emails every morning, but about 1 week ago they just stopped coming randomly. I did not unsubscribe.
I've checked my spam folder and they are not there. I've double checked my email address and it is correct. I've even gone to an old Daily Digest email, clicked the unsubscribe link at the bottom of it and then resubscribed as some other support questions have mentioned.
Nothing seems to work to get the Daily Digest emails to be sent to me any more. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem.
Except that I have never actually received the dail digest email at all.
I have had a premium todoist Aaccount since Nov 22nd, however I have not received a single digest email.
I receive the reminders for individual tasks that I have applied an email reminder too though.
I usually have about 10 or so tasks everyday so that should be enough activity to trigger the daily e-mail?
There is a number of people wishing to turn the digest off, however I'd like to see it first before I make that decision ;-)

I do have tasks scheduled. Today I had at least 3, with no reminder sent this morning. Tomorrow I have 4 tasks.
We've identified the source of this issue and have fixed it. Please let us know in case you won't receive your Daily Digest tomorrow.
Scott, this feature is available by default. Unless you manually unsubscribed from the Digest, you should receive it.

I still did not receive my Daily Digest yesterday (Nov 29), nor today (Nov 30). I checked my spam folder without any luck. Also, I do have items scheduled for today along with some items which are overdue.
Please tell me - have you ever used the "Click here to unsubscribe" link in the Daily Digest email? Try to find one such mail, use this link and you'll see an option to re-subscribe, try doing so and let me know if you receive a Digest tomorrow.

I also did not receive my Daily Digest yesterday, nor today. I checked my spam folder, and resubscribed yesterday, and I did have tasks due for yesterday and today.
Daily Digests have been set out today and every day since my announcement on Dec 3rd.
Please make sure that that you're using the correct timezone in your Todoist account settings and that at least full 24 hours have passed since you've re-subscribed.

It's now been 3 days since your announcement, and I still have not received any Daily Digests. I have had active tasks for each day, checked my spam folder, verified my email address, checked my timezone and have given it now between 48 - 72 hours since last re-subscribing. Any further suggestions?
Hello Brendan and AJ,
We're not sure why you're not receiving them right now as we can confirm that they're being sent and arrive in all our accounts we use for testing (multiple Todoist accounts on multiple mailboxes from multiple hosts).
I will pass this issue to the developers and will inform you if there are any other options you may try to see if it will help. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I just checked as well. Despite all the re-subscribing I did recently trying to get it to work, I guess it never re-subscribed me. Glad you added this to the settings. Thanks!

Mine now works as well, got my first Daily Digest in the last 2 weeks this morning. Thanks David for working on this.
