My mobile device is not showing up under "Your Mobile Devices"

I'm currently running Todoist on my Galaxy Nexus. How do I get it to appear under "Your Mobile Devices" under Reminders settings?

Hello Cy,

Please tell me, did you enter your phone number on the Settings -> Reminders page using the correct format, that is - country/area code starting with a + sign and no spaces or dashes, for example: +48123456789?

Hi David,

I did enter my mobile number, but I used my Google Voice number, as opposed to my Verizon number. Does that make a difference? What is the advantage of having my device show up under "Your Mobile Devices"?

Hi David,

I changed my mobile number to reflect my Verizon number, and now I have the option to send push notifications, but the option is greyed out. My device is still not showing up....

Nevermind. I logged out of the mobile app, logged back in, and now my device shows up.
