I have paid USD 14.00 for premium function but it seems it is not activated so can you please guide me to activate.

You have an active Todoist Premium account until May 2014. Please tell me - do you see the @ or q: links below the search box in the top-left corner on your account? Can you add a task note?
Please try to use a non-cached browser window. In Chrome, that's "Incognito Window" (Ctrl+Shift+N), in Firefox - Private Browsing mode (Ctrl+Shift+P).
If you're using a different browser, please let me know which one so I can assist you with clearing the cache and offline data.
